Joshua “Babs” Babione,

Chapter Director

Joshua “Babs” Babione is a passionate follower of Jesus and a 2025 graduate of the Kanakuk Institute. He currently serves with Hot Springs KLIFE, where he invests in the lives of youth through mentorship, discipleship, and community engagement. Growing up as a missionary kid, he has had the opportunity to travel across the U.S. and develop a heart for ministry early on — experiences that deepened through working eight summers with Kanakuk at K-Kountry and KampOut! Whether he’s leading a game, grabbing lunch with a friend, or diving into deep conversations about Jesus, Babs brings contagious joy and realness wherever he goes.

Becca Furio, Women's Director

Becca is in her fourth year with Hot Springs KLIFE. She moved from the Chicago suburbs to Hot Springs Arkansas in 2022. She’s a Midwest girl born and raised but has loved living in the south during her time working for KLIFE. Becca graduated from Trinity International University with a Bible and Ministry degree, where she also worked in youth ministry as a college student. Becca came to know the Lord at a summer camp in the north woods of Wisconsin when she was 15 years old. She is passionate about building lasting relationships and investing into leaders who can continue to further the chain of discipleship!

A few of Becca’s favorite things are dogs, the beach, ice cream, and home improvement projects!!

Hannah Meyer, Women's Director

While originally born in Little Rock, Hannah claims Dallas, Texas as her home since she grew up there. She graduated from Texas A&M University with her Bachelor’s in Communication and a minor in Business. Gig ‘Em! She attended the Kanakuk Institute the following year, graduating in 2024. Hannah has spent a total of four summers at Kanakuk, working at K-West and Kampout! You can most likely find her eating chips and salsa at a local Mexican restaurant nearby or attempting to finally try and be good at sports. She is passionate about students coming to learn Biblical truth and discover who God is for themselves, and is excited to be doing it all in Hot Springs!
